River City Bark and Park Terms and Conditions

1. Liability

River City Bark and Park is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all pets in our care. However, pet owners acknowledge and agree that:

• River City Bark and Park is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or conditions that may occur while pets are on the premises or under our care.

• Pet owners are solely responsible for any harm or damage caused by their pets to other animals, staff members, or property.

• River City Bark and Park is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any personal belongings left with pets during boarding, daycare, or training.

• In the event of an emergency, we will make every reasonable effort to contact the owner or emergency contact provided. If contact cannot be made, River City Bark and Park is authorized to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

2. Vaccination Requirements

To ensure the safety and well-being of all pets, the following vaccinations are required prior to attending daycare, boarding, training, or grooming services:

• Dogs: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DAPP or DHPP), and Bordetella.

• Vaccinations must be current and up to date. Proof of vaccination is required before services are rendered.

• Puppies must have completed the appropriate series of vaccinations based on age and veterinarian recommendations.

• River City Bark and Park reserves the right to refuse service to any pet that does not meet these vaccination requirements.

3. Payment Policies

• Payment for all services and purchases is due at the time of booking , drop-off or pickup, unless otherwise arranged.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks and approved digital payments.

• All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. This applies to boutique merchandise, daycare packages, training packages, boarding reservations, and other services.

• Packages are non-refundable at any time, regardless of usage or changes in personal circumstances.

4. Cancellations and No-Show Policy

• Cancellations for boarding services must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled drop-off time to avoid cancellation fees.

• Daycare and training cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• No-shows or late cancellations will result in the full charge for the scheduled service.

• River City Bark and Park reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for repeated no-shows or late cancellations.
