Daycare and Boarding

4. What is required for my dog to attend daycare or boarding?

All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations (rabies, distemper, and Bordetella) and undergo a temperament assessment.

5. Are there any breed restrictions?

No, we welcome all breeds as long as they pass the temperament assessment.

6. What should I bring for my dog when boarding?

Please bring your dog’s food, any necessary medications. We provide beds, toys, bowls etc 

Training and Enrichment

7. What types of training do you offer?

We offer basic obedience, advanced training, puppy socialization, and specialized behavior modification. Training for AKC CGC or other tests, fit dog, trick dog, service dog training and much more.

8. Who conducts the training sessions?

Our training sessions are led by an AKC Certified Evaluator  with over 10 yrs of training pets. 

9. Do you offer one-on-one training or group classes?

We offer both, depending on your dog’s needs and your preferences.

10. What type of enrichment do we offer? 

We offer many  types of enrichment. Some examples are freezbone, snuffle mat, puzzles, training  sessions in daycare groups or one on one sessions.

11. How do I make a reservation for daycare or boarding?

You can book through our website, call us at 252-621-1446, or visit us in person.

12.What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before drop-off to avoid charges.

13. Do you offer discounts for multiple dogs or extended stays?

Yes, please contact us for details on our packages and discounts.

Our boutique offers high-quality dog food, treats, toys, and accessories.

15.Can I purchase boutique items online?

Currently, boutique items are available for purchase on-site only.
