Can I tour the facility?

Absolutely! We encourage tours because we believe you should know where your dog will be staying. Tours are available by appointment so we can give you our full attention while minimizing disruptions for the dogs in our care.

Daycare & Boarding

What vaccines are required?

For the health and safety of every dog, we require:

• Rabies
• DHPP (Distemper/Parvo)
• Bordetella
• A negative fecal test within the past 12 months.

Vaccines must remain current for the entire stay. We also accept veterinarian-approved vaccine titers when appropriate.

Does my dog have to be social with other dogs?

No. Dogs do not have to be dog-social to board with us. Every dog is evaluated individually, and dogs that prefer their own space receive one-on-one potty breaks, enrichment, and personalized care.

All dogs must be people-friendly for the safety of our staff.

Are there any breed restrictions?

No. We welcome all breeds. We do not discriminate based on breed. Each dog is evaluated based on their individual temperament and behavior.

Can dogs share a boarding room?

Yes! Dogs from the same household that get along well can share a boarding suite.

What should I bring for boarding?

Please bring:

• Your dog’s food
• Any medications
• Feeding instructions

You are welcome to bring a limited number of personal items, such as a favorite blanket, bed, or toy. While we do our best to care for personal belongings, we cannot guarantee they will be returned in the same condition.

What if my dog takes medication?

No problem! We administer most oral and topical medications at no additional charge when provided with clear written instructions. Please bring medications in their original labeled containers.

How often do boarding dogs go outside?

Dogs receive multiple potty breaks and exercise opportunities throughout the day. During hot weather, outdoor time is adjusted to the cooler parts of the day. We also provide climate-controlled indoor areas, fresh water, and enrichment to keep every dog comfortable.

What types of training do you offer?

We offer a variety of training programs, including:

Do you offer private lessons and group classes?

Yes! We offer both one-on-one private training and group classes, depending on your dog’s needs and your goals.

Enrichment

Do you provide enrichment?

Yes! Enrichment is included with boarding and is also part of our daycare program.

Activities may include:

• Puzzle toys
• Snuffle mats
• Lick mats
• Freezbone
• Nose work and scent games
• Splash pads and pools (weather permitting)
• One-on-one playtime
• Training sessions
• Interactive toys and activities

Every dog’s enrichment plan is customized based on their personality, age, and activity level.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made:

What is your cancellation policy?

Boarding cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled drop-off to avoid applicable charges.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts for four or more dogs from the same household, as well as select packages and extended stays. Contact us for current pricing and availability.

Do you offer a military or first responder discount?

Yes! We proudly offer a 10% discount to active-duty military, veterans, and first responders as a thank-you for your service.

Please let us know when booking or at check-in and be prepared to show a valid ID. This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
